This depends on the scope of our engagement and what areas your team needs help with. Our standard package covers an audit, setup & build, and a maintain or train phase — each invoiced separately. We've also arranged fixed fee projects, growth partner pilots, and net revenue/profit shares. If it’s a fit, we’ll recommend a partnership structure aligned with your goals.
We work with a limited number of healthtech companies each month — 10 to 15 max — to ensure each client gets focused execution and direct access to our team. We only extend offers to companies where we believe we can drive meaningful results.
Once your growth plan is approved and the agreement is signed, campaigns typically launch within 2 weeks. Most teams begin seeing MQLs within the first 3–4 weeks of outbound going live.
We've used a majority of lead databases out there and vetted a majority of their use for healthcare and life sciences. While some are good for certain uses like Definitive for specific claims data, GlobalData for clinical trials data, and CarePrecise for specific NPI data, we have found the most accurate data comes from querying public sources (like CMS, HRSA, NPI Registry, etc.) and integrating data from Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, and other data enrichment tools. That is how most databases function anyway...
We have a mixed team of onshore (Minnesota, Florida, etc.), nearshore (Montreal), and offshore team members (Ukraine, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc.). We currently have 5+ team members, but we are growing to help meet client demand.
